Summary: The room was comfortable, however they gave us a handicap room so the bathroom was set up for a person in a wheelchair I got a bruise in my leg from the bar on the toilet till I figured out to take it out of the way the shower is also made for someone in a wheelchair so needless to say water was everywhere because the shower curtain was next to the toilet but it was big but again water everywhere. Customer service is awful. When we arrived and asked if we could leave our bags because it was still early the lady at the front desk in a not so nice way “pay for the lockers put your bags in there it’s too early to check in” and just walks away. not my first time in Japan and they have always kept our bags till it was time to check in. I have travel to many places and hotels hold bags. Came back hours later to check in and there were three people at the counter and they told us we had to check ourselves in on the computer the only thing they did for us was hand us the keys. If you want toiletries they are in front of the hotel entrance you walk in and grab whatever you want or need from there very tacky. At checkout samething not a very friendly staff basically just took the keys and we walked out. There’s no coffee or water in the room or in the hotel there’s no restaurant in the hotel all you get is a room less than the basics. The hotel is over priced for what you get and the lack of common courtesy is crazy. The area is ok close to the train. For the price pick a better hotel
